ValidarPNC Exchange is a program for smartphones or tablets with android system for calculating the validity of national driving licenses from countries with bilateral trade agreement under Spanish law.The program also allows you to perform the conversion of equivalence between the category of the permit to validate and the equivalent Spanish driving license and check the international conventions on road traffic signed by the issuing country.
Paragraph d) of Article 21 of the Regulations on Drivers states that are also valid for driving in Spain permits individuals recognized in international conventions to which Spain is a party and under the conditions indicated therein.
The validity is conditional upon that are within the validity period, the holder has the required age in Spain for obtaining equivalent permission, and also it has not passed within six months maximum, starting from their holders acquire their normal residence in Spain.
Transcurido that period, the above permits are not valid for driving in Spain.
